Hello everyone i hope you can help me I recently purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 Fx4. i have the sync ver. 1.0 built in the previous owner never updated the system when i go to the ford owners site and try to download the update i get an error msg when trying to extract the file.. i have formattd the usb drive to the proper format but the issue starts even befor transferring the files to the usb drive. i noticed many people have had similiar problems. Ford customer servicewas no help as the just read the pre written solutions. this truck does not have navigation in it i hope you can help
