Thanks for letting me join. Been here a little while but just now getting around to introducing myself. I just bought a used silver 2018 XL this spring; a low mileage dealer rental at a very good price. It's pretty much basic in every way except it does have the XL power group and does have cloth seating instead of vinyl, my idea of a perfect truck (though I would've preferred a 5.0L). I am satisfied though by the little 3.3L, it gives me all the power I need for what I haul and do, and I can't complain about the 24mpg I'm getting either.

First thing I did to the truck was buy and install the TRL Automotive AutoStop Eliminator so I wouldn't have to deal with that silly "feature". Only other mods I plan to make will be replacing the factory speakers and possibly adding a receiver in case I ever want to tow a trailer.

Joined here to have a source of information and so far, I'm not disappointed in what I've found and read. Thanks for all the inputs I've read and what I've learned thus far.
