Hi
Hi everyone. I’m Grant from BC Canada. I mistakenly sort of introduced myself in another thread so you’ll have to forgive the repetition.
I picked up a 2016 Lariat a couple years ago. The previous owner was a dog handler for the police, so he said it never went above the speed limit: a fact that I took with more than a grain of salt.
But since I was coming from a Toyota mini van with 750,000km’s on it (that’s nearly 500,000 miles) it was basically brand new in my eyes.
Magnetic grey. Canopy to match. And a bunch of fun upgrades since.
I work in the forestry sector here and supervise crews of labourers, which means a large part of my job is driving. I drive to sites to check access. Drive to clear roads of fallen trees. Drive between sites while workers are out. Drive to look at sites to bid on contracts. You get the idea.
In the 2 years I’ve had it I’ve put on 100,000 km’s or 60ish thousand miles...of gravel😬.
So, there’s a bit of wear and tear. Hence why I’ve tracked down an f150 forum.
Hope some of you might be able to help with my truck, and maybe I’ll be able to return the gesture here and there.
cheers folks
Grant
