Hey Everyone
New to this forum form Cincinnati. Looks like a great forum with some real good info and some pretty strong opinions.
I haven't personally owned a Ford in a while ('89-93) but thinking real hard about getting a new Platinum. Trying to make up my mind between the 3.5 and 5.0. They both look like they'll do the job (occasional tow of a car trailer, utility trailer, and pontoon boat). It looks like the majority favors the 3.5 but I love the sound of the 5.0! Also, no turbo lag. Plus's and minus's for both in my book. Guess I'll take one more test drive and decide or flip a coin.
I really admire Ford for not taking a bailout and love what they've done in the last few years in the looks and performance depts.
