Talking Hey everyone!!

Hey all, I'm working on my 99 Ford F-150. Its an extended cab truck with flare sides. Currently the engine does NOT run since my mother blew the engine due to over heating. But that's besides the point, the truck belonged to my father that has passed away due to cancer. It has taken me over four years to get the truck from my mother (she and I are not on good terms at all). So the reason I am here is for advice from others who has shopped and searched high and low. This truck means A LOT to me and i want to make it a high class car. My plan is to lower it and swap a 5.4 engine in it. It currently has a 4.6 romeo in it but i have always wanted a lightening so why not make this one with love AM I RIGHT LOL. Any advice and links would be amazing. Is there any pros and cons to the SVT engine? OR would it be better to build a whole new 4.6 engine? I already know either way it'll be expensive .
