New guy here. Have a 2014 Lariat supercrew ecoboost.. its my second truck in 2 years. they don't hold up well when hit by Jaguars. I do have an issue, the tranny hums when placed in gear at times. Last time I took it in for a service check they told me it was normal. They also replaced both my turbos. I know there is a TSB about the tranny issue. Question is, how do I properly go about having it fixed under warranty??
