Here for the vibes
Truck vibes are the best vibes, at least that's how it always seemed as a kid spending summers and winters away from the city and in the country with family.
After my very young son demonstrated a profound love for trucks and disdain for small vehicles (wasn't us I swear) I knew there was a truck shaped hole in both of our lives.
I'll be honest, I was really looking forward to a nice basic work truck trim silverado 2500, but the dealers were nuts and the sales guy at the ford store was decent enough.
I have a 22 F150 now, pretty basic truck by some 2023 standards I guess. Full-er size bed, max tow, dumbo mirrors, anonymous white. Gets lots of compliments, but it's still so raked and stock I wonder if they're really insults. Should be looking better here soon. Especially after a minor accident might help accelerate some of those changes.
I'm not a mechanic or an engineer by training, so I don't know how much help I can offer to others, but I'm an analyst and a experienced 'thinker' for whatever that's worth. They pay me for it at least. So undoubtedly, I'll be asking for much more than I can probably offer.
