Well you'll probably should put a lift, new rims, huge tires on your truck if you want it bigger than your friends. Get duel exhaust that turns heads when I'm drive my truck.

Side-steps? That's what I call them. Also known as, running boards, or nerf bars. If you want a brand to look at try searching Iron Cross, or Westin. There are a bunch of other good brands to choose from, and endless styles as well. You can even search on Craigslist for a cheap pair. BTW, welcome to the club!

Yeah, no problem. Honestly, the name of them all depends on what you are use to them being called. Around here, or maybe just me, I call them "side-steps." However, I think the more popular name is, "running boards." Not only do people call them different names, but I think it also depends on what style you choose. The flat steps that have no cut outs in them may be called running boards, while steps that have a pipe and then two separate steps may be called side-steps. I figure what people call nerf bars are the steps that are somewhat shaped as a circle, as seen starring straight down them. Like I said, it's all in what your use to hearing. However, I will say the term nerf bars is rarely used around here.
