Default Hello - Tundra guy converted!

Hi All - I just got a F150! ....Love it! I will say it doesn't have any whistles and bells (2007 6 cyl...stick shift)...but I have to say - WOW! I had a Tundra for almost 9 years. It was a good truck. But it never gave me the "WOW" factor this 150 gives me. This truck feels so tight!! I can't stop driving it!

I bought this one used - it has 40,000 miles on it but (I'm telling you) it feels brand new! (My wife loves it too!)

I've always liked the F150's - and now I have one! I hope it's as reliable as my old Tundra.

BTW - name is Kris

Thanks Lenn - I appreciate the warm welcome!

I have to say this truck I got is pretty sweet! The weird/funny thing is it's got a topper on it. I always hated those things. But now (since I have dogs) I'm kind of taking a second look at the whole "topper" thing. It's interesting that I am actually liking it. Who Knows - I may take it off but it really looks nice. The paint matches perfectly. Who knows - may keep it on for a while but as the days go by I'm liking it more and more! Oh no - I've turned in to my Grandfather!

All kidding aside - so far this truck feels like something I will have for many years!

First impressions are quite GOOD!!

Nice looking rig, my father has a 05 reg cab 6cyl stick and he loves it, he has gotten 23 mpg in the summer at times. I bought my 04 with a cap on it and took it off, but now that winter is coming I think the cap will be put back into use, but anyways welcome to the forum there's a lot of good advice and help here.
