New member here. Joined to get assistance in the shopping process. Leaning toward a 2019 XLT, SuperCrew, 4x4, 2.7 EB. Drove one yesterday, was impressed, especially w the power train. Vast majority of the time will be w light loads and not towing. A couple time a year, will tow flat trailer/jeep 6,000 lb combo 100 - 200 miles. I think 2.7 EB should work well for us. We like the new Silver Spruce color, but not finding many to choose from. May be forced to the 3.5 EB, or a Lariat if wife insist on that color. We are early in the process, won't be a quick purchase (not an urgent need)..

Welcome to the forums. I also have a 2.7 and was very surprised at the pickup. I was a bit skeptical at first but now I love it. I have a 2015 xlt 4x4 black super crew. If you’re going to be doing very minimal towing then the 2.7 should be good for you.
