Hello from Reno
I searched out (and joined) the forum because I have a 1999 F-150 that I use for work. I got it with something like 95k miles. I now have over 200 and the worst problem I've had is changing spark plugs. It has been a good truck and I'd like to find a newer, lower mileage one. This is the first Ford pickup I've ever had so I don't know much about them.
I was hoping to retire the '99 to a personal rig and put my equipment into the newer rig. One of the things I was hoping to do is keep my shell. the only windows are in the rear doors. Those are reinforced with stretch steel. It's real secure for expensive equipment and I'd like to keep it. Can someone educate me on compatible years? when did they change the box size?
Thanks,
Jon

Welcome! I don't know the answer to your question about compatible years for your topper. Hopefully someone else will be able to help you out. Is there a dealer or shop around that might be able to give you some insight? Best of luck.
