Default Hello From Ohio

Hi, I just purchased a 1976 F 150 5.0 Eng. Well as you can imagine I may need some help in working on it. Thanks for letting me be part of your forum. My first issue seems to be motor runs good but losing power in the drive train. I had a howling noise when at top speeds, now when I try to go it's as if power is not getting to the ground, but engine does not stall.

Anyhow Thanks for having me.

Thanks Folks,
My new used f 150 is a 1996, not 1976.
