Default hello from the newb

Bought a 2019 f150 roush in 12/2019, none SC, and Im hearing a high pitch metal like noise from the motor between the rpm's of 1800-2200 when driven. Now I've road tested it with a Ford mechanic and was able for him to hear it as well. Two days later Im getting a call that its all normal and I can pick up my truck. I contacted corporate and obtained a case number but ford has done zero so far with guidance or help. I just want to make sure the noise is normal before I move forward with mods.
Need I mention I bought the truck in PA and unfortunately the vehicle isn't at the dealership I bought it from now.
