Default Hello. New to the forum

Hello. I'm Ryan and I have been a Ford owner for a long time. Just purchased a 2013 F-150 supercrew XLT 4X4. It was a special order when it was new. Since I live in Florida, we have muddy trails and sandy beaches and in some cases sandy trails too. But this is my first 4x4. I didnt purchase the truck for the 4x4. It is our family vehicle and it just so happens to come with it. But I wanted to join to get info on rear and front diffs and if anyone here has dealt with mud and sand and if they needed to change to a LSD in the rear or if a locker was the better choice. Also, does the front diff already have a locker, or does it become a solid axle when the 4xr is engaged. Thanks for any info.
