Hi all, I've been reading this forum for awhile as I researched for my new truck purchase. Allot of good info here, so thanks. I've always owned Jeeps but I just purchased a 2018 F150, and I pick it up in the morning. It took awhile to find it because I wanted a loaded XLT Supercab, and it seems I could never find the right one. They would almost be perfect, but have no trailer brake controller, or no 36 gal tank, or no 5.0 etc. Always seemed to be missing something, and I want what I want.

I wanted a Guard color, but I soon found out I would be lucky to find the right truck in any color. Well the color is Magentic and was one of my last choices, but I looked it over today and drove it and it really is a stunning color. I'm very happy with it. I'll be ordering a 1.5" leveling kit for the front, and a Magnaflow 19079 this weekend. I had also planned on purchasing 20" wheels and 33" tires, but what's on there looks pretty good. Maybe I'll just keep the 18's and get 33's for them.

I think looking for a truck on a lot & hoping it has the options I want would drive me crazy. Too easy to just order one & get exactly what I want..

Thank's for the welcome. Ya, I was going to order if this one did't pan out, and I was looking nation wide. What was really driving me nuts was the tow package would be included but no trailer brake controller, just a gaping hole in the dash. I would of expected tow mirrors with the tow package also, but no. That's the one option I want I didn't get.
