Arrow hello from Iowa

Hey everyone new member here. 2000 f150 rwd 4.2 v6. With it only being rwd and v6 not sure what I should do with it. I'd rather not leave it stock so either lift or lower ( i like both styles with this model ). Part of me says to lower it because of engine and no 4x4 but at heart I've always been more of a lifted guy, I don't know? you guys think that would be a waste of money and a bad idea to lift? thanks for the input and hopefully I can get some good ideas here.
