Hello everyone, new to the forum, and to wrenching on my truck, so hopefully you folks are willing to help a newbie out from time to time!
I have a 1992 Ford F-150 Flareside 4.9L 2WD. I bought it when I lived in New Hampshire and drove it down to Houston 2.5 years ago, amazed it still runs, but I has really grown on me.
Just attempted a full front brake job. Shop said needed new everything on the front and quoted $1200 so I decided to get my hands dirty.
Needs new exhaust, shocks, front door latch, front tires... and probably much more. Expect to hear more from me!
