Hello everyone
New to the forum I am, but a long time Ford owner.
I am an engineer, work on medical diagnostic stuff. Husband, father. Like mountain bikes and motorcycles too. Most outdoor activities too.
Had a 76 ford F 150 4x4 that was highly modified way back in the 80s. Great truck, 428, c6,modified twin stick Dana 20 transfer. 4 wheel disk and real off road suspension. I miss that truck.
Later had a 2wd Ranger a ninety something, 4.0 good truck..2004 Expedition XLT that was one of my best vehicles ever. Stock other than exhaust, air filter and chip. 200,000 plus miles on that one.
I now just picked up a F150 2WD STX with Sirius radio option, fog lights and towing package. Put on a hard flip up bed cover, brake light (Ford emblem) in receiver hitch, and bigger exhaust tip.
Plan on a leveling kit and upgrade to factory mirrors with blinkers and heaters.
Will go with air filter e haustoria and chip at one point. Maybe a limited slip.
