Default Hello from Belgium

Hi Guys!
New ford owner here from belgium!
I bought a 2004 xlt triton fx4 secondhand..
And i love it! but i already have a question.
on the right dash display,ik the left corner there appears to be some type of codes..
somethimes it says 5 and then when i drive it changes to NW or 5N or E.. and I cant find anything on the internet and i dont have an owners manual.
Thanks in advance!!!

Welcome to the F-150 boards. Nice truck, any other fun performance mods planned for it?
