Hello from Az
Hello
New to the forum.....
I bought my first Ford in 95, it was my bosses truck and was a white regular cab 92 Flareside with a manual transmission and a 302.
Unfortunately a few years later I got T-boned one morning and the truck was totaled. I swore to the wife I would get another one but life got in the way of making those plans and we started having kids so another truck just wasn't practical any more.
Fast forward several weeks ago when a vermilion red 95 regular cab Flareside with a 351 came up for sale 200 miles away from my house. I called the seller and he said I had first right of refusal as I was the first to call and that he did not need a deposit to hold the truck until I could make arrangements to come see it.
I knew I was in trouble when I saw the truck and knew I would be bringing it home. It is in very good condition for a 20 year old truck. I am the third owner and the average mileage for the truck was 8600 per year.
I am extremely happy with my purchase and enjoy being able to work on it because I want to not because I have to.
Anyway, that's my story and wanted to share how I ended up on this forum.
Thanks guys!
