Hi -- I'm new to this site. I recently (summer 2017) purchased a used F150 in order to pull a travel trailer (RPod). My truck is a 2x4 supercrew cab with the Triton 5.4L engine. I believe it was from a fleet so it was well cared for and had low-ish miles (120K). I'm a Ford Gal -- I've had Fords all my (adult) life -- Bronco, Expeditions and now this truck -- which I really like! I have a couple questions:
1. I want to put kayaks on top of the cab -- has anyone done that? What all do I need as I'm starting from scratch.
2. My truck has a navigation system -- sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't -- how do I reset it? I did get the latest map DVD. I don't use it a lot because the smart phone works just as well, but it's kind of cool to have because it doesn't require internet.
