Default Heater issue

Hi
just bought a 2019 f150, 5.0 with auto shut off.
Seems like there are many that have issues with interior heat, as I do. Ive changed the aux heater pump because it did test bad with open across all terminals. It does run now, but still no heat inside. I believe the issue is in the bypass valve, which I have coming, but has anyone run into actual problems with pcm? I do have voltage to it but not 12v when heat command is on. Seems unlikely to me but Ive been out of actual shop work for a long time
