Greetings!
Hello all, I'm just a guy, Tim, that's helping a friend with a truck her brother left her and she really wants to fix it up. It's a 92 F-150 5.8 four wheel converted to one ton. It was a cemeteries gravestone hauler. Her brother had been friends with the guys at the cemetery and when they bought a new one he got this one. It's really nice. Needs some work, I've done the power steering pump and pulley and now the brakes. Lol, the guy she had working on it really screwed up a lot of things that I'm finding one at a time. It'll be a lot of fun. I'm 67 and doing this is not easy for me for physical reasons but she's the best friend so you know how that goes. She's single with two kids and I'm here to help her out on things she can't do. I'm no mechanic by any means but most my life I couldn't afford to pay a mechanic so I learned how to do this myself. I've even pulled an engine. And got it back in and running lol. I'm not the best, definitely not the worst. So I'll have some interesting questions for y'all and I'm saying now that I'm grateful to a forum like this and all y'all that I can ask these interesting questions to. So again thank you for letting me on here
