Hey! Getting a 2019 f150 soon and I recently saw a truck with tires that came out from the wheel well an inch or two. Is it possible to get that without spacers? If so what would you recommend?

Welcome aboard! If you get new rims it will all be in your offset of the new rims, if you stick with your old rims spacers will be what you need. If you go to my profile and look at my pictures I have a -18 offset, best of luck.
