Default GPS/touch screen issues

I have a 2018 F150 Lariat. Haven’t had any major issues until now! First, pi must say the truck was purchased in Indiana. In October I made a trip to Phoenix. Everything was working fine until we hit the Tucson area. Then the GPS/touchscreen stopped working. I took the vehicle in to the dealer as soon as I arrived at my destination (Casa Grande, AZ) they updated everything they could and took care of all outstanding recalls, but after three days, could not figure out what my issue was. I took the vehicle back to Indiana, it was not reliable for the entire trip home. One I arrived in Indiana. It started working! Needles to say, the dealer couldn’t find any problems! In December we made the same trip, same problem, once we hit Tucson, the touchscreen/gps is sluggish and unreliable. We are still here and still have problems.

has anyone else experienced this issue?

I have something similar going on with my 2020 Platinum. I Googled it and the internet said that the problem was that the truck was not able to receive the GPS signals. I haven't addressed my problem yet. If you manage to get yours fixed, will you please post it here,
