Default goodbye chevy

Whats up guys. Been lurking in the shadows for almost a year since I ditched my Chevy and bought an 06 F150 xcab 4x4 5.4. So far I only put on a Volant cai. Future magnaflow cat back si/so, Trinity tuner with custom tunes, drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads. Tons of great info on this site, keep up the good work!

Welcome aboard man. Advice... Ditch the slotted and drilled rotors. These trucks don't need them. The ceramic pads on OEM rotors will be fine. Don't risk cracking and/or breaking. As someone who has them on one of his cars, they are more hassle then they are worth. Other than looks, they are useless.

Ok thanks for the advise. I figured why not, I pull a trailer and the parts cost almost the same. Didnt know about the cracking.

^^Haha I know man. I have a long list of things that were junk on my 2000 silverado, including the trans, which was the final nail in its coffin.
