you wouldnt happen to know anyone that might make a customized rollbar with rotating (flip up/flip down) fog lights that might be able to fit under a camper top do you? thats my newest project im looking at ... just so that if and when i decide to take my camper shell off i will have a roll bar attached to the body that i can flip up some big kc lights to shine over the cab ..

It would not be that hard, your best bet is to get a ligth bar like mine, that is held on with two clamps, and plugs in the stake pockets, and just put quick connects (think trailer light hookup) so you can take it off or put it on quick. I bet you could do it in 10 minutes.
the best part is that I only have 350 bucks into my light bar, lights, and whips, and wiring for EVERYTHING including relays and the cb.

Thanks for the warm welcome, if it can be drawn and dimentioned, then it can be machined, but if it's more than one piece, then it has to be aproached one component at a time, then put toguether, I had a 2004 GMC Envoy before my Truck; and what I found myself doing a lot was replacing covers, clamps , and anything that would look better or would perform better ,; sometimes the improvement would be visual only, but other times the mod was made for funtionality reasons, but the most important thing is to get it drawn & dimentioned (blue print) in a piece of paper.
