I joined this group to learn more about Ford Trucks. I have had several F 150's not so happy with the newer trucks. Would hopefully like to make contact with someone at Ford to share ideas on how to improve and understand why they do what they do. I really like Ford and dont want to be forced to make a change.

Welcome! What are some issues/ideas that you have?

 

The ergonomics and comfort are headed in the wrong direction I have a 2014 F 150 my wife has a 2016. I am 6'6" tall and a big guy the space is getting narrow at the seats and the center console is way to big. The control panel in the drivers door takes leg space away as well. I love my Ford Truck in all other aspects. I dont get the option to drive a focus or a fusion this is my economy car the space is going away.

 

I upgraded from a 2014 to a 2016. I can't do a direct comparison though because I had the FX Luxury and Appearance package that gave me suede/leather seats on my 14 and only cloth on my 16. I am 6'5" 260 and I think both seats are comfortable. I for one LOVE the size of the center console. I use my truck as an office and being able to hang file folders in it is amazing! One touch I do like on my 2016 is they added more cushion to the arm rest on the door panels!
