Dealer says truck is scheduled for delivery on 4/7/15 .i have a vin number and invoice..What the chance it will be on time ?

Congrats, JVW!

My sister used to sell Fords, and when she ordered any, they were always arriving 1-2 days early. This was, however, around 2000 - 2002.
