I like my Banks CAI on my 5.4 a lot. Very high quality and went together flawlessly. Doesn't whistle or making sucking sounds at any time, just a little mean sounding moan at wide open throttle. It was a little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. I'll put some pics of it in my gallery this weekend. Welcome, hope you enjoy.

Banks is a great intake setup but there's a better one for our trucks called the AF1 intake and you can get it at www.troyerperformance.com
And as far as exhaust goes I've got dual 40 series mufflers and I love it but I know MANY other people have MANY different setups which they love.
