Default Future Ford Owner

Past trucks; '94 Nissan, '97 Ram 1500, '98 Chevy S10 SS, 2003 Ram 1500. Currently own a '94 Ram 2500 (Hemi) and it's time for a new truck.

I've been doing my research for months online, mostly Youtube and Ford websites. I'll be honest and say that I never thought I would want a Ford but I really do. No interest in the Toyota or Nissan. What Chevy and Dodge sell now cannot compare to what I've learned about the new F-150. Nobody builds a perfect truck, but I can't stop admiring what Ford has done. Looking at getting one in July, Platinum SuperCrew 4x4, 3.5eb and all the bells and whistles I can get (minus the moonroof).

In the meantime I'm enjoying reading all the posts I can here and learning something new every day.

Glad to be a member.

Just like you, I didn't want a moonroof on a truck and glad I don't!
I picked the F-150 because of the overall feel of the truck, and reliability. consumer reports gave it good review and rating.

As a kid I had to have a sunroof but since I have grown up a bit I do not care about them, just one more thing that can go wrong. Thanks for joining the forum, we look forward to welcoming you to the Ford family!
