Hi ,I have a 2003 Heritage Edition 4.6 L with 248,000 km, I am having fuel problems ,I have replaced plugs and 4 coils and still am only getting 17mpg ,Had been getting 19,2mpg on average but that changed after my mechanic had the dome off to fix the metal water line fastened to the fire wall other then that I have had the truck for about 8 years and love it ,It has been undercoated from day 1. I have it done every year.
