My truck is in the shop for the broken axel bolts, is ford covering a rental vehicle? My service department in waveland Ms says no.

Welcome to the forum. What year is your truck? Call your dealer & ask them, I would not think so. When I worked in new car dealerships many years ago loaner cars were almost unheard of but it was a different time then.
