Figured I'd better join the forums. I upgraded (or downgraded) from my 2000 Excursion V10 Limited yet but just picked up a brand new 2013 loaded FX4 (5L v8). I've been a Ford guy (mustang, ranger, probe, only allow wife to get Ford/Lincoln/Mercury). Converted my inlaws to ford, so I guess I'm a dedicated Ford guy I guess....
Love how it drives (and the MPG is WAY better, lol). Still miss all of the interior space the Excursion had though (and get up and go)..... Waiting until I can tow my boat but I have no doubts it can handle it. I remember buying the Excursion and thinking how cool all the things they had in there, well there's TONS of stuff I have to figure out now ;-)
