Default Ford Edge Sport 2016

I am having an issue with the Sync 3 in my 16 Edge, This actually started soon after I purchased the car. I had taken it back to the dealer and they found nothing on it. Since then the screen has went black a few times but has always came back and worked. Now recently the screen has been freezing up and it is constantly reconnecting to my phone. So when I make a call you can't hear the entire conversation due to it switching from car to phone. I have recently taken it to the dealer and they couldn't find what was wrong. They wanted me to bring it back, I have researched this on here and now feel that it is the Apim. I have completed a master reset, and also updated the sync, and rebooted several times, and nothing fixes the problem. I looked into the price and it is appox. $1800.00 for the one with navigation. How do I contact Ford about this? My car now has 56 k on it. I would like them at least to pay for part of this since it is a known issue. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Try another dealer maybe? Seems the first one wasn't all that helpful.
