First Time Ford Owner
Hello all from North Texas.
I am a first-time Ford owner. I've had either Chevy/GMC or Cadillac my whole life.
The last truck I owned was a 2005 Avalanche 8.2l 2500 LT and I loved it. I sold it after 150k miles and went to a more fuel-minded 2014 Cadillac SRX.
I got tired of being the youngest person in the dealership during my oil changes so researched trucks for 6 months before pulling the trigger on the '15 2.7 Lariat Sport.
Besides getting used to the length of a truck again, I love it. The tech was SO much nicer than the Chevy Silverado and for the money, a much better deal than the GMC Sierra.
I have had the spray-in liner installed so far and I am actively searching for an upgrade to my 18in stock sport Lariat wheels as I don't like all gaps in the wheel wells.
I will be seeking assistance from the forum soon on that. As a woman, I feel like every tire/wheel shop tries to hoodwink me when I walk in.
I belong to a VROD and Harley Bagger forum too and always have found these places useful. I hope to find the same here!
