Default First(ish) ford.

Howdy Y’all.
Recently purchased my first(ish) Ford. A ‘16 f150 Lariat crew cab. I have owned fords before but only two and only VERY briefly. Had a 78 Bronco on 35s and a 79 f150 for about two weeks. Aside from that all of my experience with fords have been through works trucks. Latest is an ‘11 f450 with the 6.7, I love that truck. I was in the market for a newer truck, a full size for a while now, I’ve own nissans for year, which have been great but the Titan did nothing for me. Looked at the big threes trucks and the fords kept coming out on top for me. So, he I am. Hope to find a wealth of knowledge here.

First steps are to replace the tow mirrors with the OEM/sport mirrors.
Weathertech liners inside.
I need some sort of protection for the back seats/doors for my dogs.
Wheels and tires.
Lift/level kit.
Nice aluminum headache rack.

Charlie.

Welcome to the forum.
You can also think about OEDRO floor liners, the price is half of the weathertech's, and high quality.

Thanks all.

Oedro. I might have to go with those mats! They look great and half the cost, yeah baby!

Crimson, I got your message and thanks.

A few other mods Ive come up with having been reading the board a little bit Is eliminating in cab engine noise and adding number of blinks on the turn signal system.

I also want to find out what kind of wheels came on some of the trucks, the six spoke wheels with a grey tint to them, might be a nice looking alternative to expensive aftermarket wheels.

Much to learn!
