Default First Ford ever

Hello everybody. I just purchased a semi restored 1978 f150 (351 bored to 408) and I know I will have some work to keep it going and be happy with it. It's meant to be a daily driver and fun hobby. I figured I'd want to be able to ask people who've been there before!

What are the priority items to inspect/fix now post-purchase?

Thanks!
