Post First Ford

How's everyone doing. My 3 month long search for a vehicle has finally ended. Just bought a 2013 Ford F150 with 10 miles on it, and I couldn't be happier! In the past I've been a hard core Chevy guy, but lately those models have been very unimpressive to me. Got on board with Ford and haven't regretted it. LOVE my new truck!

The only thing I don't love is the massive amount of chrome on it. Any tips for beginner mods such as bed liner (thinking bed rug), tonneau cover, and security/remote start would be greatly appreciated.

Seems like plasti-dip is pretty accepted throughout the forum, and I really want to cover this chrome because I feel like it's taking away from the red metallic. Good idea or no?

One more thing I don't like is, I have the "bench" seats. I love it when its up, but the cloth seems really thin on it like you'll ware a hole in it with a lot of contact, and the rubber material on it when folded down . Attracts lots of **** like dust and lint. Anybody else notice that? First world problems, right? LOL

Anyway, super happy to be a FORD owner and LOVE MY TRUCK!

Welcome, Mike! Search "seat covers" and I'm sure you'll find plenty of good info on your options.
