A few weeks ago I got rid of my 2000 Tacoma X-cab 4x4 that I bought new and drove over 16 years with no problems. I bought a 2016 white screw, 2.7, 4x4, 502A, sport pkg. Only factory options are electric locking diff, spray in bed liner, and the 20" wheels. It is so nice compared to what I am used to driving every day. I also had a 2007 corvette weekend driver that I sold this year as well and it was loaded. I miss a few options like push button start, auto locking and unlocking of the doors, and the premium sound system that I added. But the ride and quietness are far superior and much welcomed. So is the auto transmission. I've added Husky X-act mats and just ordered some Husky wheel well liners and weathertech mud flaps. This forum has been helpful in narrowing down what the better options are. Unfortunately my wallet does not agree. I don't plan on doing too much more...window tint and a clear bra perhaps. I will be reading up on stereo upgrades using the factory head unit and seeing what people are doing here. Corvette forum had a separate section for audio and also detailing, but I did not see those here. I guess I'll just use the search a lot. Anyway, hello all.
