Default Finally introducing myself...

Hello all!

I have spent a ton of time on this forum and haven't taken the time to introduce myself so here I go.

I purchased my truck about six months ago. I purchased it for a small amount and I have had to do a lot to get it road worthy.

The wheels, tires and suspension were already installed.

I put brand new brake components on all four corners, I rebuilt the transfer case, installed a brand new long block, had the transmission rebuilt, installed a stereo and fixed quite a few odds and ends. I love this truck and I plan on having it for a very long time.

Anyway, check it out!!!

Oh, thank you to everybody on this site who has shared their expert knowledge and helped me figure out the things that make me want to punch holes in my garage walls.

The new motor!!!

Almost ready for install.

The empty bay.

All cleaned up!!!

One last thing...I was thinking about painting the wheels black. I would leave the center caps and lugs chrome. What are your opinions?!!!

Welcome! Awesome truck! I personally would leave the wheels how they are. Truck looks mean! Would have been bad *** to drop a a diesel in that bad boy!

Thanks! I was thinking that it could use some larger wheels...

It just seems like it's stuck in the nineties. I thought that it could use something to bring it up to date.

Thank you all for the positive reinforcement! It's nice to see that people dig the truck!
