Default f150 electrical problems

Greetings to all, new guy here. Need direction in fixing electrical/starting problem on my 93 f150xl. new starter installed, new selonid, when i try to start hear selonid chattering but no turn over. battery checks good. with good voltage at selonid and at positive terminal of starter. any ideas?

Connections can be good enough to get good voltage, but when you put the amps to it, it comes up short.

Take all of the terminals off, sand them down, inspect them for loose wires, and tighten them. Grounds especially.

thanks to all. just got her up and running. took battery to another place to test it and for out that the volts were good but the amps were not. switched batteries with my crown vic until payday
