Engine runs rough
2005 Ford Lariat 5.4 Engine runs rough and drive when come to a stop that is when the engine run rough and the engine on light goes off and on I had it check out now I am told the Variable Cam Timing solenoids was the possible (passenger)causes the problem how do I change the Variable Cam Timing solenoid?Thanks

2005 Ford Lariat 5.4 Engine runs rough and idle I was told it is my cam Phaser on passenger side and I will probably need a new engine. Should I change the vct first before I go and further like the cam phaser? the engine light comes on and goes out.
