Default Effin Aussie - New to site

Hi,

I have just become the proud owner of a 1999 Effie XLT 4X4 Extended cab.

They are not all that common here in Australia, Mine was imported new in 1999 and complied as a Right hand drive car. It has 195,000kms on it, Drives pretty nice though. I have a few bits of repair to do (IE: Steering box replacement, Front R/H Wheel bearing, Elec windows are not working)

I brought her away for its first 1600kms trip this week, and she drove like a champion. Sucked back on the fuel farily well, But all in all it was a good drive through the Aussie outback.

I'm hoping to get the Effie back up to scratch through much research via this site and then Turbo it to increase its fuel economy and of course its power levels.

Hope to cross paths with you guys soon...

cheers

Treay
