Default Ecoboost catch cans

I have been seeing videos recommending the installation of catch cans in the pcv lines to keep oil out of the combustion chamber. Should I add one to my 3.5 Ecoboost

I just put one on my 17 Lariat 5.0, run them on both of my Shelby's.
Keep in mind you have to remember to empty it..

We put a UPR Dual catch can on our 2015 XLT and highly recommend it for others. Check out more details here --> http://www.stage3motorsports.com/Sta...-Step-Two.html

Other than the size of the can is there a huge difference between the JLT ( $140 ) and the UPR ( $399 ) I know UPR is the leader in this category but that's a large difference in price .
