The Dodge Guy Bought a Ford
Hey guys,
I've been a dodge guy my whole life (which really isn't saying much considering I'm only 17) I can still remember riding around in my dads 98 cummins before my little brother and sister had to come along and he bought a jeep haha. but anyway, I saved up some cash this past summer and early so far this school year and managed to come across a 99 f150 scab 4x4 with a 4.6 auto. I bought the truck about a month ago and so far I absolutely love the thing. There's some pretty bad rust on the passengers side rocker and in the bed panels, but it's a very solid truck with minimal mechanical issues. It sat for a few years and needs some tlc to come back to its prime but ill get her there. I'm proud to say that my first truck is an f150 and I've already got quite a bit of info from the forum so I figured I'd get on and put my own 2 cents into some of the conversations. Can't wait to make this truck look like my own instead of just another lariat. After my bank account finally recovers from buying this thing I might get a build thread going, haven't decided yet. Idk we'll see what happens. I look forward to posting in the future
