Dealer problems help
HOw do you report a ford dealer to ford motor company? I have a 2011 f150 that has a steering issue and my local ford dealer stated that is the tires and I pointed out to the service manage that tires would have nothing with the problem they responded to me that it doesnt matter ford will pay for new tires.i continued to explain my claim and gave him the TSB number. The customer service adviser and manager told me try weren't going to research the problem and that they don't make money off warranty work and it's my best interest to take it elsewhere. So now I have to drive 45 minutes to another dealer just to get my truck fixed for a obvious ford problem. I feel the dealers representation of ford was poor and the customer service was unacceptable to a customer who paid 40plus for a truck that has problems. What would you guys do in this case?
