Default Dead battery

It has happened 2 times in 2 years now. I go to start my truck and the battery is too low to start the engine. I jump start the truck and the next day I get it tested and it passes.

both times it happened I was on vacation and did not drive much for a few days, maybe cranked the truck a few times to move it but never ran it for more than a few minutes.

am I just not giving it enough run time to recharge?

how many resting volts should the truck battery have to be able to crank?
