Default Chevy guy buys his first Ford, 2016 F-150 Super Crew

I've been rolling in Chevys all my life but finally crossed over to the darkside. I didn't like the new Chev trucks as much as the Fords so I pulled the trigger on a new 2016. Needing room for 6 some of the time I was limited in packages, ended up with 17" aluminum wheels but bought these 18" aftermarket wheels and love them. The BFG's help the aggressive look but the rear end really likes to step out on any turns with bumps.

The new truck is a bit of a detour from my past two trucks.

I like that look! I personally like 20 inch wheels, but the 18's look good too. How are you liking the truck compared to your Chevy's? Interior? Ride quality? MPG? Acceleration? Comfort? Etc?

Well considering mine were 20 years old, it's hard to compare. I am quite happy with the power and fuel mileage of the 5.0. It pulls my newest trailer with ease. Biggest issue is the rear stepping out on bumps, it got worse with the new wheels and tires. I have been shocked at how sideways this thing has gotten from relatively small bumps on the highway.

Beautiful truck..congratulations!on your new truck. BTW, I am new here too and we just traded our 2009 Chevy truck on a 2013 Ford.

Do you have an anti-sway bar ? Just curious as we bought one after we purchased our second travel trailer and it made a world of a difference. We have the equalizer brand just FYI.

I have the load levelling bars for the trailer. The truck steps out when not hauling the trailer. It feels more stable with a heavy load in the back.
