Hello I am new to the site. hopefully I can get help for a problem I am dealing with. I just finished installing a new 5.4v8 3v into a 06' f105. I turned the motor over many times without the fuel pump on. Then when I tried to start it with the pump on. It has a hard time staying running. Somebody mentioned that the cam phasers might have to be retaught to go along with the computer.
I am new to this style setup. I am use to the old 90's and earlier. I also saw on a scanner that it was only getting 18 psi from the fuel pump. And all I know about the truck is that one cam sensor took out 3 cam holders on the driver side of the motor. split the caps 2,3,4, pcs.
